Client Relationship Management: Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and
upselling opportunities. Oversee client onboarding, manage relationships, and
ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Operations Coordination: Coordinate bulk deliveries, track fulfillment, and
ensure efficient logistics operations of portfolio clients shipment in collaborations
with Operations Team.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports to
management monthly, quarterly and annually
Target Achievement: Meet revenue targets and key performance indicators
(KPIs) like No. of clients, client retention rate and revenue.
